By accessing or using the Qapital Researchplatform at app.qapital.co (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.Qapital Research reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Certain sections of the Platform are accessible without registration. Full access to company analyses, scorecards, prescriptions, and signals requires a paid subscription. Subscription tiers and pricing are described on the Subscribe page.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with other individuals. Qapital Research reserves the right to terminate accounts where sharing is detected.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are provided unless required by applicable law.

All research, analysis, scorecards, scoring methodology, and platform content published by Qapital Research is the intellectual property of Qapital Research and is protected by applicable copyright and database rights.

Subscribers may access content for personal investment research purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish any content from the Platform without prior written permission from Qapital Research. Brief quotation with attribution for non-commercial purposes (e.g. personal blog, social media) is permitted provided the source is clearly credited.

Systematic scraping, automated extraction, or bulk download of Platform content is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the Platform
• Impersonate Qapital Research or any of its staff in any communication
• Use Platform content as the basis for providing financial advice to third parties
• Resell or sublicense access or content to third parties
